Shipping time depends on the country you are in:

- Spain: 24-48H
- Europe: 1-3 days
- Internationally: 3-5 business days

If you have any problems with your order, send us an email to help.sakiff@gmail.es and we will be there as soon as possible to help you. 

(Orders placed after 1PM they will be shipped the next business day)

The fit of our products is oversized. However, you can check the sizing of each product in the corresponding product size guide. You can also guide yourself based on the model's height and the size they are wearing. 

If you still have doubts regarding which size you should order, please do not hesitate to contact us here.

We currently accept the following payment methods: 

VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay Pal, Amazon Pay, Clearpay and Klarna.

When your package has left the warehouse, we will send you an email with tracking. You can also track by entering your shipment code in our shipment tracking section.

If your order hasn't been prepared yet, we can modify it or cancel it without problems. To do this, please contact us with your order number and any other relevant information here. 

If we cannot modify nor cancel your order, you will have to request a return or exchange.
